Value Payable inland money orders:

Sums recovered from the addressees of V.P articles for payment to the orders will be received from the registration and parcel clerks, accompanied in each case by a V.P money order form duly filled up by the registration or parcel clerk. The money order clerk should grant money order receipt to the clerk concerned as remitter. The amount to be recovered from the address will be the sum specified by the sender plus a fee calculated on the sum specified.
